Payments for Punchy's paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record (seller of record). Purchases, billing and refunds are handled with Paddle as the primary point of contact.
2. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that auto-renew until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will not be charged from the next renewal date onward.
Cancel via the link in the receipt email Paddle sends at purchase, or from Paddle's account management page.
3. Refunds
Because this is a digital service, we generally do not provide pro-rated refunds for the already-billed current period. After cancellation you keep access until the end of that period.
However, your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws are preserved. Where a refund is required by law, or where Paddle deems a refund appropriate under its refund policy, Paddle may issue a refund.
For clear service-side issues such as duplicate charges, incorrect charges or major defects, please contact us below. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution through Paddle.
